YS NET Inc. does not collect or store any personally identifiable data through Air Twister.
YS NET Inc. collects and stores your personal information that you provide when contacting our customer service (such as email content and your email address). That information will be retained for a period of no more than six (6) months.
Non-identifiable gameplay data is collected and stored in Apple’s iCloud to save your game progress and collected and stored in Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. That non-identifiable data is used for the purpose of our legitimate interest in the operation of our game. For information on any data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s privacy policy.
Air Twister collects, uses, and discloses data (including personal information) from kids in the same way as for other users, as described in this policy. In this case, YS NET Inc. may ask for the consent of a parent or someone who has parental responsibility for kids if necessary.
YS NET Inc. may process your personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:
(1) In case your consent is obtained to the processing;
(2) In case such processing is necessary in order to perform the agreement or take steps to your instructions;
(3) In case we need to process your personal information to comply with a legal obligation;
(4) In case your personal information is required to protect your or a third party’s vital interests;
(5) In case our or a third party’s legitimate interests to process your personal data are not overridden by your rights.
Personal information entrusted to us by our users will be properly managed, and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:
1. If consent is given by the user.
2. If it is necessary to disclose the information in accordance with the law.
All possible security measures have been taken for the sake of accuracy and the safety of your personal information.

You will be asked to confirm your identity to disclose, correct, delete, add, suspend the use of, erase, transfer, object to processing, restrict on processing or to withdraw consent of your personal information.
YS NET Inc. will not communicate with you for the direct marketing purpose.
